There's Magic In Every Day

I was gifted with the a retreat in the beginning of the year by a very dear friend. While I was there, I jotted this down in one of my classes and it still sits in my head. Have a blissful day!!!

Do you look up at it from time to time to check in with yourself? Can you say the your points are shooting through the roof or stuck at a quasi hockey game score? Not to worry, the score is what it is based on what you have already done and not as much for what you are about to do. It's a catch 22 because what you are about to do will become what you have done in a very short time.

     A few days back I was eating at one of my favorite places in the city and I was so relaxed and very much engaged in the atmosphere of the place. I had an envelope of money on my person that I was going to deposit in the bank later. To get right to the point, I paid for the meal and then the envelope slipped out onto the seat and I walked out without it. I did not recognize this until much later when I received an email from the restaurant. The sweet woman there are my friends and they held it for me. I returned later to retrieve it.

     I should point out that the envelope had $700 in cash …
