To be the best pencil, you must allow yourself to be held and guided by the hand that holds you....

This opens up a world of thought for me. How does it make you feel?

A New Year Is Almost Here

This is the time of the year that the mind tends to do its own inventory in more ways than one. Are you happier this year than you were last year? Did you achieve all of the things that you set out to? What habits are you holding to that still have you captive and helpless? I of course am asking these question of myself and they are just flooding my brain all day. I wrote a list of all that I wanted to accomplish this year and I will review it on December 31st and create a new list for the coming year. I was taught that once an energy leaves your body either through speech or the written word, it starts to seek ways that it can manifest. The great part is that we don't have to know anything about the how or the when, we just have to declare it. This journey certainly is not about perfection though, we can get so hung up on that for sure.
